When Vixen & Tod was curated, I had a mission in mind. I wanted an elegant yet comfortable atmosphere. I wanted an educational salon where there were “after hour” events enriching and educating our guests for a whole new experience. There are many available options for guests today when it comes to choosing a salon company and I wanted to offer more.
OUR POLICIES
Service Guarantee | Our goal is that you love your look - period. Guests may contact us within 3 days of their service(s) for any changes that they require. We do not offer refunds on services, but we are happy to make things right for you within 14 days of the original service.
Cancellations | 48 hour notice is required.
Children & Pets | Children who are not receiving services are not allowed in the salon. No pets allowed unless service animals.
Products | Product purchased can be replaced with another product but we do not offer refunds.
